A little bit about
I’m Mary, I’ve been a runner since 2010 and truly love the sport, from
being outdoors on a crisp winter morning watching the sunrise to running along the beach on a hot summer day, I enjoy soaking up the serene time alone and also wit friends. Running for me has changed shape over the years, I had my daughter in 2012 and am expecting twins this October, so I’ve had to adapt my running routine many times over the years! Over the years I’ve made the most progress focusing on shorter distances for speed which pays major dividends in longer distances like half marathons and marathons. This is a site about my journey as a runner and also a mom, with my experiences and tips along the way. I’m always happy to help others improve their running and hope to be able to do it much more one day.
